The staff here are truly exceptional!! Eve at the front desk helped me out and got me a terrific rate at the last minute. The parking is great and there's plenty of it, which is unusual for any beach town. I have a gluten sensitivity, and Alli at the bistro really went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I got what I needed. She is such a sweetheart, true hospitality. And Artemus at the bar was great too, he made me a custom drink because they were out of ginger beer. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Pensacola! Great view too of the water.

We hosted our first ever group event at this location and it couldn’t have been better. From food and bev, to check in staff, and event coordination, the process was so seamless and smooth. Everyone was very nice from beginning to end. Special shoutout to Alli and Artimus on bar, Chandra and Stephanie with events, Amber and Tatiana on front desk, and Shay and Sicily with banquet, and to all the staff all over during this week (I didn’t catch everyone’s names). This event hosted 100 plumbing business owners from across the nation and it was a 10/10 hit! Many many thanks!

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The lobby and dining area are clean and modern. The pool is beautiful with lots of loungers. They have a bike share program and a small market area for essentials and snacks. There is a nice bar as well. You have to pay for breakfast, so that’s a bummer. Downtown, but quiet. Quick walk to the beach or nightlife.

I have stayed here a couple of times and each and every time it's a great experience. My most recent stay, I brought my dogs. I'm so glad I did as they were treated like the rock stars they are lol. Every team member we encountered said hello to them enthusiastically, which I really appreciated. We never felt as if the dogs were treated as a bother. All the times passing through the lobby and hallways I never saw an employee on their phone or doing anything other than focused on guests, which I really appreciated. It's a great location - I was visiting for a convention and walked there and back. I walked the dogs in the nearby park multiple times daily, which we all loved. It's a great location to all the things you want to do in Pensacola. You should stay here!

We wanted a place within walking distance of restaurants in the area. I initially looked at local boutique hotels, but the Hilton Garden Inn was significantly more affordable, so I booked it. I’m glad I did. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, a large TV, plenty of closet/storage space, etc. It was quiet in our room, with no noticeable noise coming from adjacent rooms or from the street. Although we mostly dined at local restaurants, we were lazy one evening and decided to have dinner at the bar in the hotel. We were all happy with the food and service. Finally, the staff is amazing. They make an effort to smile and say hello. They’re very helpful when asked for anything. This location raised my expectations for Hilton Garden Inns! Highly recommended. One criticism: this hotel does have a parking lot, but it costs $10/night. I’m guessing downtown Pensacola gets enough traffic during peak season that they needed to do something. Otherwise, non-guests might take up parking spaces for guests. If my guess is correct, it seems inappropriate for guests to pay for parking (and for the hotel to gain a revenue source). They could have done something simple like giving guests parking passes to place on their dashboard. The parking issue is a minor thing, but we didn’t learn about the parking fee until we arrived at the hotel…not a good first impression.

Room was super clean. Parking lot felt super safe. Great view of the water if you get an even number room. Short walk to Veterans park. Also super quiet. The receptionist was by far the best one I’ve ever had. Tv was easy to connect a hdmi device. Some hotels make that a challenge.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Pensacola is a convenient landing spot, especially for business or a quick trip. While it’s not quite in the heart of downtown, it’s close enough to claim the title, with walkable access to eateries, nightlife and the pier. As a newer property, the bones are solid, but a few details missed the mark. Construction in the lobby was an immediate distraction and the receipt of dirty wine glasses, plates and silverware, was not the welcome I expected. The abundance of signage warning you to pay an independent party for parking felt more like a money grab than a guest perk, especially in a growing city like this. Hilton Diamond members, at least you’ll dodge that fee. On the plus side, the room delivered Hilton’s standard comfort, complete with a fridge and microwave. Small conveniences that make a big difference. And if you can, opt for a bay view, it’s worth the upgrade. For a short stay with business on the agenda, this location will do the job, but there’s room for polish if they want to match the premium Pensacola vibe.

We were supposed to only stay here for one night, but a series of misfortune events happened and needed to stay longer. The Staff was very helpful with working with our check out time and just being accommodating in general. Major shout out to Elizabeth at the front desk; she went above and beyond, and we are forever grateful. Also, Eve and Amber in the PM; they were all very nice. They all deserve raises, or gift visa cards, or lunch lol. You really have a wonderful staff. God bless!
